Dear David,
I have a son with DMD having the deletion of 46-48 exons.
Do the current exon skipping studies (for exon51, e.g. PRO-051) also cover our type of deletion (46-48)?
Best Regards,

In my opinion no. I's possible to treat deletion of 46-48 exons with multi-exon morpholino.

you need 45 to skip - same as our son who has a deletion of #46 and 47

My son has deletions at 46 and 47. He is 23 and still no scoliosis. I wonder if others with this deletion have similar experiences with the disease.

Dear David, are exon skipping studies for point mutation DMD?
Do you know any study related point mutation of DMD except PCT124
