emCell and Embryonic Stem Cells for DMD

Have anyone heard about emCell? (www.emcell.com/en/index.htm?

I am very interested on their claims on treatments with Stem Cells, but I cannot find any info on success stories treated at emCell.

Can anyone please give me more info?

Some time ago we tried to contact the company and the informations that we received was very incomplete. The source of these stem cells are unknown, there is not a protocol to follow the patient to demonstrate whether there was an improvement or not. The informations that they describe on the processing already done is very nonspecific. In summary, I do not trust this company.

Can Our children use Gentamicin,if yes what is the dose for it ?

Gentamicin works as PTC-124 in nonsense mutation; only 15% can use gentamicin.
Problems: gentamicin needs to be given intravenously; two serious side effects: deafness and renal injury. The blood level must be controlled ofen.
