Hello Parents and Caregivers!
I am a student at the University of Toledo and am conducting a
research project on caregivers of children (21 years or younger) who need help with transfers. We are creating a survey that will one day help Occupational Therapists determine whether a
parent/caregiver is at risk for back pain based on the answers they provide.
We are looking for survey participants and would appreciate any help we can get. If you are interested in taking approximately 10
minutes to fill out this survey, please email me your home address. We will send you the survey and provide an SASE return envelope so that you can send it back anonymously. We will be collecting data into the spring--so no matter when you get this message, we'll still probably need your help!!! (better late than never!)
