Hi David, does it mean that using L-arginine can lead to increased CPK? Mirek

MireK CK is helpful only for diagnosis. There are important variability of results sometime in the same day (after puctions, after exercises and others). I think that L-arginine don't influence the CK level. David

Some doctors give any medication or supplements only after clinical trial - they want evidence that the supplement demonstrate some effects; others wait the publication of consensus to start medications or supplements. It's necessary more than 10 years for this evidence and medical consensus. We don't have time to wait this confirmation. Most supplements are safe and there aren't problems to use. Why not try?
