Ahmed: there isn't any study in Human muscular dystrophy with losartan. I use losartan in several diseases: arterial hypertension; diabetes, cardiac dysfunction. I start with low dose and increase slowly. If you receive high dose than necessary the blood pressure go down and it's possible to present renal problem. This medication must be used under medical supervision.

You write about valproic. I know in Russia some people which applied this medicine at SMA. They had good results. You consider, what valproic can yield good results at DMD BMD or LGMD?

I take creatine and glutamine to.
swiming is a good exercise and helps to keep the muscles active.

Can I start steroid and leave it ?
I mean if I give Him steroid and come be side ffect,We can leave it and start again .
for exmp.2-3 month......then leave and start again.

It's possible to start steroids but there is necessary some care to stop the medication. Steroids inhibit the production of steroids of the body and it's necessary the slow reduction of the dose. You can start with 3 schemes: every day; 10 days on 10 days off; or high dose weekly.
