Hi, David, My son is now five years old. He is a DMD patient. We have used Losartan for 20 months. 20 months ago, His CPK level was 11800. now, his CPK level is 7000. What does it mean? Does it mean that losartan can slow down progress of the DMD? Does CPK level give information about progress of the Duchenne

You need use other signs to show that losartan function as: improve of muscle force, reduction of tired after exercises, improve of cardiac or respiratory function, etc. Ck is not good for follow the evolution of disease. David
